Hola, Listeros!
My name is Bethany Espich and I am a high school Spanish teacher who now
has the opportunity to teach my colleagues who are interested in continuing
their Spanish study in ways that are applicable to the classroom. In Ohio,
Urbana University--with their parent organization, Franklin University--has
received a substantial grant in order to offer free, online courses to
teachers who are interested in earning the required 18 graduate level
credit hours necessary in order to teach their own students college level
courses in their classrooms. These hours could easily transfer to other
universities should a Master's degree be desired. My Spanish III and IV
students have participated in the college-level curriculum for six years
and have found it to be extremely rewarding.
Anyone who is interested or who would like more information, please contact
Mrs. Kelly Evans-Wilson at: Kelly.Evans-Wilson@urbana.edu
Thank you so much for your time! I truly look forward to helping anyone
expand their knowledge of Spanish and to be able to help you develop many
new ideas for the language classroom.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Bethany Espich
