Fully-funded opportunity for ROTC students to learn Hindi, Indonesian, Russian, or Turkish languages intensively Summer 2022 through Project Global Officer (Project GO) at University of Wisconsin - Madison!
Project GO is a Department of Defense initiative that provides full funding for participating and contracted ROTC cadets and midshipmen to study critical languages during the summer. Full funding includes tuition, fees, books, living expenses (room & board), and travel costs (if traveling overseas or traveling to another Project GO institution).
Project GO at UW-Madison is providing full funding for Project GO students to study Hindi, Indonesian, Russian, or Turkish language for Summer 2022. Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced level Hindi, Indonesian, and Turkish are offered, as well as Elementary and Intermediate level Russian. Classes meet in-person for up to four hours synchronously, Monday through Friday, over a span of 8 weeks. Various additional co-curricular events, lectures, and activities are scheduled throughout the summer. Project GO students also have access to language tutors.
Program Dates: June 20th – August 12th, 2022
The online application is still open! Deadline to apply for Project GO Domestic Language Study programs is February 22, 2022.
